Mail In Your Trade

Your collection has value—even if you can't make it to North Bend. Want to sell or trade Pokémon cards, other TCGs, video games, or gaming gear? Start with a few details and our team will help you decide what makes sense to mail in.

Important: Please do not ship anything until our team has reviewed your request and sent you shipping instructions. Submitting this form does not guarantee an offer or acceptance.

How mail-in trades work

  1. Tell us what you've got. Use the form below or email info@glamorousgamers.com. Include a list of items, quantities, condition, and whether you prefer to sell or trade. Photos are especially helpful for valuable cards, large collections, consoles, and electronics.
  2. Get a preliminary review. We'll let you know whether we're interested, what details we still need, and—if it's a good fit—where and how to ship. Your final offer depends on in-person inspection and testing.
  3. Pack and ship after approval. Use secure packaging, tracking, and appropriate insurance. Include your name and the reference/instructions provided by our team. For electronics, remove personal accounts and data; do not send damaged or swollen batteries.
  4. Review your final offer. Once the items are received and checked for authenticity, condition, completeness, and function, we'll confirm the offer and available payout or store-credit options. You choose whether to accept.

What can you trade?

  • Trading card games: Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Lorcana, and other TCG singles, sealed products, collections, and select graded cards.
  • Video games: Current and retro games, consoles, controllers, and accessories.
  • Other collectibles and tech: Considered case by case—ask us before sending.

We consider authenticity, condition, completeness, current demand, and market pricing when making offers. Not every item or collection will qualify.

Before you request a trade

  • List each item or describe larger collections and approximate quantities.
  • Note any damage, missing parts, modifications, or known issues.
  • For cards, photos of fronts and backs help; for graded cards, include the grading company and certification number.
  • For consoles and electronics, include model, storage capacity if known, accessories, and whether the device powers on.
  • Tell us whether you're interested in cash or trading toward products at Glamorous Gamers.

Shipping, declined offers & important details

Do not mail unsolicited items. We'll confirm shipping instructions, any return-shipping costs, and how a declined offer will be handled before you ship. We recommend tracked and appropriately insured shipping. Offers are not final until inspection, and payment arrangements are confirmed upon acceptance. You must own or have permission to trade the items; minors should have a parent or guardian handle the request.
